Families for Better Care – Families for Better Care is a non-profit citizen's advocacy group working to improve the quality of care and the quality of life provided in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities. We collaborate with residents, family members, caregivers, ombudsmen and other senior organizations to facilitate mutual support, communication, education, and the exchange of ideas. We believe that through family involvement and resident empowerment, nursing homes can provide not only high quality, person centered care but also a satisfying, homelike living environment.

Arkansas Division of Aging and Adult Services – The division of aging and adult services serves as the focal point for all matters concerning older Arkansans; serves as an effective and visible advocate for the aging population; gives elderly citizens a choice of how and where they receive long term care services; plans, coordinates, funds and evaluates programs for senior adults.
