Mary J. Perry

Mary J. Perry graduated with highest honors and a degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School in 1988.

Before joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., Ms. Perry honed her commercial and bankruptcy litigation skills at Haskell, Slaughter & Young in Birmingham, Ala., and Mahoney Adams & Criser, P.A. in Jacksonville, Fla. She spent eight years with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. before leaving to start a solo practice focused on serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical neglect and more. Ms. Perry rejoined Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2010 to tackle fraudulent corporate transactions and transfers.

Ms. Perry is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Texas, the Mississippi Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Alabama State Bar. She also is a member of the American Bar Association; United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; United States District Court, Middle District of Florida; United States District Courts, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas; and United States District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
